Diversity is a flagship in Swedish cultural policies. But how is this implemented in practice? How are resources allocated? Has international exchange become a priority at the expence of diversity inside Sweden and visibility for artists who live here but has a background outside Sweden? How are the conditions developing for organizers of events with artists who are oriented towards multicultural music and dance. A discussion about diversity and interculture in theory and practice.
